I'll admit, the Quattro gets all the glory when it comes to the slippery stuff. But even with front-wheel drive, the Flex isn't too bad either. Or should I say it isn't, now that we've equipped it with some Blizzaks. It used to be hell. Anyways, I know about half of you love the look of the Flex, and half of you want to vomit when you see it. Or you may just like brown wagons. Either way, here you go:

Totally, I rented a Flex to bring people skiing and it did really well, even in a storm.

Well yes, it was the really nice one. But I could see it being a planted vehicle in 2wd.

Without snow tires, it very much isn't.

Yeah that helps. We went over Donner Summit and the police were making everyone without AWD put chains on, I felt like the thing had no trouble at all so I kept going. We had four people and gear so we had some weight too.

I was actually looking on autotrader for one after seeing this. I would LOVE an Ecoboost Flex the ultimate under the radar vehicle. you could probably pass a cop going twice the limit and they wouldn't even notice.
